  1. Added NADA program snp-test.py for SNP-genotype matching. I tried match snp548049170 from the dataset.
  2. Made changes in the large_dataset-test jupyter notebook to perform the matching operation.
  3. Added snp-test.py in the compile.sh file to create the nada binary.

The objective is to use the nada-numpy array functionality. As directed in #74, please use programs/muscle-perform-array.py.

Made new nada program to use nada-numpy on 500 rows
